Our stores are Carbon Neutral:
We work closely with our architects, retail teams and retail partners to measure the carbon footprint of the materials used to build our space, the energy that is supplied to heat or cool and power the venue and the impact of our employees who travel to create our spaces. This information is then analyzed to give us a total greenhouse gas (colloquially referred to as Carbon) footprint for each space, in tonnes of equivalent CO2 emissions. We use this information to purchase the corresponding carbon credits which contribute to making the space carbon neutral.

That is not the end of the story:
We don't consider offsetting as the solution - our goal is to become climate positive by reducing our absolute emissions year on year. Today, we calculate the offset commitment as a way of holding ourselves accountable to our carbon footprint, all the while using this number to create measurable targets in making actual reductions to bring our carbon footprint to a minimum and one day negative.
